We are a civil society organization whose name arises in honor of a citizen who was fighting for a dignified life as a symbol of tenacity and perseverance in the arduous fight for human rights.
The "Zeferino Ladrillero" accompanies people who, through an organized process, defend their natural resources, their land, their identity and their freedom.

Why did we decide to name ourselves "Zeferino Ladrillero"?
On an afternoon in early July 2011 in one of the camps that Alianza Única del Valle maintained on the “Guadalupe” property of Nicolás Romero, state of Mexico, legally and legitimately defending the right to decent housing for hundreds of people , Marco and Geovani are children as young as 6 years old, children of families in resistance and struggle.
